Privacy

This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties and measures no audience. Here is exactly what it keeps in your browser, and why.

What your browser keeps

Three small preferences stay in your browser. They are never sent anywhere, and clearing this site's data removes them.

KeyWherePurpose
starlight-themeLocal storageYour light or dark theme choice, so the next page opens in it.
starlight-synced-tabs__osLocal storageThe operating system tab you picked in the documentation, so other pages show the same one.
sl-sidebar-stateSession storageWhich documentation sidebar groups are open, until you close the tab.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording.
  • No fonts, scripts or styles loaded from another domain: everything is served with the pages.
  • Documentation search runs in your browser against an index published with the site; your queries are not sent anywhere.
  • Release information is read from GitHub when the site is built, not by your browser.

The site's tests check the first two points on every build.

Source, issues and feedback links lead to GitHub, where GitHub's privacy statementapplies. A “Was this page helpful?” link only prefills an issue; nothing is sent until you submit it on GitHub.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the service, Vercel processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address and browser, under its own privacy policy. No Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights is enabled, and nothing on these pages reports your visit.

The application

Boardroom itself has no account and no Boardroom server: projects and saved sources live in your local data directory, and exports go to the destination you choose. Recorded playback stays local. Authorized live calls send selected text and phase inputs to your configured model providers, under their pricing and terms.Where your data lives and what is sent.
