Exports that never pretend to be atomic
SQLite commits atomically; the filesystem does not join that transaction. Boardroom records intent, attempts and receipts so that an interrupted export stays honest instead of looking finished.

A single-binary build was tempting. One native dependency, and the ABI it was compiled against, decided otherwise — and a clean-machine campaign checks the result.
