# The room

> Who sits at the table, who decides, and how the room you can configure differs from today's recorded example.

Status: Available

A BOARDROOM meeting brings advisers with distinct responsibilities to one question. **You are the CEO**: you frame the question, approve its framing and make the decision. Advisers inform it; they never make it. Adding facts or changing constraints during a running phase is planned in Plan 03.

## Today's recorded example

The recorded example seats three advisers, each with a fictional model label:

| Seat | The question it brings |
| :--- | :--- |
| Product Owner | What is the smallest thing we can build that solves a problem worth solving? |
| Lead Developer | What will it take to make this real, and which constraint could break the plan? |
| Marketing Manager | Who needs this, how do we reach them, and what evidence says they will pay? |

The Product Owner authors the shared proposal; the others challenge and amend it. There is no moderator adviser.

## The room you will configure

The [live preview](/docs/first-real-meeting/) currently fixes these three roles and requires three distinct catalog models from at least two providers. You configure their API routes and credentials. Its deterministic workflow is implemented; real-account qualification remains pending.

The product direction is a team whose size, roles and models you choose for each decision — a logistics expert for a supply question, a finance director for an investment. No delivery plan schedules this yet.
